Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons. These include used products, damaged items caused by misuse, personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Products without original packaging or accessories will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Return Approval & Inspection

Once your return request is approved, the item will be collected or returned as instructed. All returned products go through a quality inspection. If the product meets our return conditions, the return will be approved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or request a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Return shipping fees may apply in other cases.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
